Refund PolicyUnfortunately, we do not accept returns.

If my package was stolen can I get a refund or exchange?1. For lost or stolen packages the customer is required to submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their guidelines. USPS and Fedex recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.
